Hip Hop Conundrum

This blog is devoted to looking at music from various perspectives with an extra focus on hip hop since it's one of my favorite types of music and the type of music that I find the most interesting. Though it has a relatively short history musically, hip hop encompasses so many different other art forms and types of music and is one of the most influential, if not most, type of music today. I'll be looking at specific songs, albums, and artists, reviewing trends in music and the perception of music, talking about techonology as it pertains to production and the listening experience, as well as my personal experiences with music. From time to time, I'll post songs. Songs are posted only for sampling purposes and will be available for about a week or a certain number of downloads.
